Joe started his professional career as a corporate and international tax attorney on Wall Street. After authoring a major Tax Law Review publication on structuring foreign investments in the US, Joe formed his own law firm, specializing on inbound investments. At the same time, Joe and his brother formed The New York Land Company and Americas Tower Partners, with which they acquired and developed $1 billion of NY real estate, including The Crown Building at 57th Street and 5th Ave., the 70-story 40 Wall Street Tower, the Herald Center Mall across from Macy’s on 34th St., Americas Tower, a 50-story tower at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, and the Monticello Raceway & Casino in the Catskills. Joe has served as CEO of two NASDAQ traded companies and is a founder and investor in a golf development project in the Middle East.
